A senior delegation from the USA Bid Committee will join England, Russia, Japan, Australia, Holland-Belgium and Qatar at the Soccerex 2009 Global Convention. This will bring the total number of FIFA World Cup bidding teams attending to seven, all presenting their proposals to the football industry stakeholders at the event.

In less than two weeks, thousands of top football industry executives from around the world will attend the Soccerex 2009 Global convention in South Africa. Hundreds of attendees will be representing internationally-renowned brands and football clubs, all of them are looking to use Soccerex as an opportunity to do business.

England 2018 will promote their bid to host the World Cup at the Soccerex Global Convention in South Africa later this month to bring the total of rival bidders taking a presence in Johannesburg to six, over half of those competing to stage the event.

The HollandBelgium Bid team are the latest 2018 & 2022 World Cup Bid Committee to confirm a significant presence at the forthcoming Soccerex 2009 Global Convention. To gain exposure among the global football community they have opted to take an exhibition stand and sponsor a networking reception.
