Sports management agency, Prosport International has signed renowned triathlete duo, Kent Horner and Claire Horner. Boasting championship titles such as the Western Province Triathlon and South Africa’s Long Distance Championships, the budding pair are a welcome addition to Prosport’s portfolio of top sportsmen and women.

At a board meeting held yesterday, Dr George Nyabadza was unanimously elected as the Chairman of Motorsport South Africa (MSA), until the company’s AGM is to be held on the 19th July 2010.   MSA is the controlling body for all forms of motorsport in South Africa.

The Chairman of Motorsport South Africa’s (MSA) Board of Directors, Mr Roger Pearce, tendered his resignation as Chairman and as a Director of the board with immediate effect after a disagreement during a Board meeting yesterday.

A senior delegation from the USA Bid Committee will join England, Russia, Japan, Australia, Holland-Belgium and Qatar at the Soccerex 2009 Global Convention. This will bring the total number of FIFA World Cup bidding teams attending to seven, all presenting their proposals to the football industry stakeholders at the event.
