The Chairman of Motorsport South Africa’s (MSA) Board of Directors, Mr Roger Pearce, tendered his resignation as Chairman and as a Director of the board with immediate effect after a disagreement during a Board meeting yesterday. A statement from MSA says the Board of Directors has accepted Pearce’s resignation and will call for an extra-ordinary meeting of MSA in January 2010 to appoint an interim Chairman for the Board of Directors. The interim Chairman will act until the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held in August 2010.
